We always use genuine leather for all of our products.

Our products are made in Europe and Asia. Depending on the different product lines.

In the first part of the checkout you will be able to insert your discount code. The discount value will be deducted from the the purchase amount.

Shipping, taxes and duties

We deliver worldwide. We ship with Fedex Express.

We offer free standard shipping and an option for express delivery. You can find the cost for this in the checkout flow.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

You will receive an SMS and email from Fedex containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges

Return period

We offer a free 45 day return period. These 45 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 45 days.

Return conditions

The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. We offer free returns on all our products (expect personalized products).

We offer free returns for 45 days.

Just send us an email within 45 days from when you receive your order. Indicating that you want to return or exchange one or more products. Then we will send you the return instructions right away.

After your return shipment is received by our warehouse, we will process your exchange within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your new order is fulfilled.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within a few days.

After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.

All our products have a 2 Years Warranty period.
